How the Ranking Was Compiled
The ranking was formulated by buycycle, which analyzed winter weather data (December-February) for each destination. The final score was determined by averaging sunshine hours, temperature, and precipitation. These factors were combined to identify destinations with the best cycling conditions during winter months. Locations with excessively high temperatures (above 25°C) and those with missing data were excluded. For comparable scores, average temperature was prioritized. Weather data was provided by World Weather Online.
