The Cycle Tourism Show will take place from March 27 to 29, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
Friday, March 27, will be dedicated to cycling tourism operators, with a conference, training sessions, a cycling tourism workshop, and a networking aperitif for professionals.
Saturday, March 28, and Sunday, March 29, will be open to the public, with stories, advice, presentations, and inspiration for your next cycling vacation.
The Cycle Tourism Show is held in Padua, more precisely at the Fiera di Padova (Via Tommaseo 59, Padua).
Choose sustainable means of transport to reach the Show: the train will take you to the Fair in comfort, with the possibility of transporting your bike on Trenitalia Intercity and regional trains. From the station, the Fair is only a few minutes away on foot or by bike.
Are you arriving directly by bike? You will find secure parking and charging stations for eBikes.
Travel responsibly and enjoy the journey as much as the destination.
An admission ticket is required for Friday, March 27.
On Saturday, March 28, and Sunday, March 29, admission is free for everyone, but registration is required. Each person must have an email address: the same email address cannot be used to register more than one person. Accompanied minors do not need to register.
Registration is mandatory and we recommend everyone register in advance to speed up entry procedures.
However, it will also be possible to register on site before entering.
The Cycle Tourism Forum is a meeting point for cycle tourism operators to get to know each other, create networks, find shared solutions to common problems, and learn from the mistakes and experiences of others.
The Forum will be held on Friday, March 27, and will include a conference, training sessions, networking opportunities, and a cycle tourism workshop.
We have arranged a supervised bike parking.
N.B. Even though the bike parking is supervised, bring a high-quality lock to make life even harder for bike thieves.
We have arranged special agreements with some hotels in Padua, you can find them by clicking here.
In general, there are numerous accommodation options in Padua and around the exhibition center: hotels near the station, bed & breakfasts in the historic center, and accommodation facilities a short distance from the Fiera di Padova.
We recommend booking in advance, especially during exhibition weekends, and choosing accommodation that is well connected by public transport or easily accessible by bicycle.
Dogs are welcome, provided they are kept on a leash (no longer than 1.50 m) and wear a muzzle or are carried in a special carrier, with the exception of guide dogs assisting disabled persons, which are allowed access without restrictions.
Animals of any other species are not permitted.
We know this is an unnecessary recommendation, but please bring bags to collect any waste left by your four-legged friend.
Inside the Show there are various refreshment points and bars.
The introduction of food and drinks is permitted but glass bottles are prohibited.
In Padua, there are two main areas available for motorhomes:
Park Camper Pontevigodarzere, about 20 minutes by tram from Padova Hall, equipped with services for motorhome users.
Parcheggio Camper Prato della Valle (Piazza Rabin), about 10 minutes by car from Padova Hall and close to the city center, but without specific services for motorhomes.
Both areas are easily accessible and well connected by public transport.
We have chosen to organize the Cycle Tourism Show in a location easily accessible by bike and public transport, just a few hundred meters from Italy’s best-connected train station, and we have arranged a supervised bike parking. We prefer our visitors not to come by car, to avoid creating additional traffic and pollution.
However, if needed, several paid parking lots are available near the Fair, such as Fiera Nord, Fiera Sud, and Park Mantegna, reachable on foot in just a few minutes.
