He is an engineer and has been involved in cycling as a technician since 1998. He currently holds the role of Deputy Director of the Cycling and Pedestrian Infrastructure Office of the Autonomous Province of Trento. He has designed and managed the construction sites of over 50 cycling infrastructures, 200 km of cycling and pedestrian paths, 3 Bicigrill facilities, 16 bridges, and various other works. He has also collaborated in the planning, management, and promotion of the Trentino cycling and pedestrian network, which is over 400 km long and records more than 2,000,000 annual passages. He has participated in numerous public events (conferences, courses, and evenings) throughout Italy as an expert on cycling and cycle tourism. He consistently uses his bicycle as a means of transport and recreation, covering thousands of kilometers every year.
