hyCharge

HyCharge, a Connecto Group company with decades of experience in developing electric mobility infrastructure, has created “IL GIPPO”: an autonomous charging station powered by solar and wind energy, designed for cycle paths and public spaces.

GIPPO is an autonomous charging station designed to support sustainable mobility on cycle routes, in parks, mountain areas, and remote locations.

Made of stainless steel and available in two versions (hexagonal and octagonal models), it produces 100% renewable energy thanks to an integrated bimodal system that combines vertical photovoltaic panels, walkable solar paving, and a wind generator with nylon blades. An efficient and silent solution, operational 24/7, capable of functioning in a wide range of temperatures (-40°C / +60°C).

Equipped with a battery, IL GIPPO allows free charging of e-bikes, electronic devices, aids for people with disabilities, drones, and other portable devices. It is equipped with 200V bypass, Schuko, USB, and USB-C sockets and allows multiple devices to be charged simultaneously.

It is simple and safe to use: activation is via the START button, with automatic shutdown when the device is fully charged, while the STOP button allows immediate interruption of power supply if necessary. Designed for completely autonomous use, it is an accessible, intuitive infrastructure designed for everyone.

A plug-and-play solution waiting to be discovered

IL GIPPO is a smart, modular infrastructure designed to enhance local areas, cycle paths, and outdoor destinations, offering a practical service to cycle tourists and local communities.
