From 19 to 21 March 2027, Padua hosts the sixth edition of the Cycle Tourism Show. Over three days it brings together cycle tourists, destinations, tour operators, accommodation providers, bike companies and service providers. It is the place to meet the public, buyers and partners who can help your business grow in bicycle tourism, a sector that, according to the Isnart-Unioncamere report, accounts for 49 million overnight stays and €6.4 billion in Italy.

ToggleA show that grows every year
The 2026 edition closed with 27,000 visitors, up 22.7% on the previous year, and 268 exhibitors and co-exhibitors from 20 countries, an increase of 67.5%. For 2027 the exhibition space grows to 20,000 square metres, with the goal of exceeding 300 exhibitors and over 5,000 trade professionals and more than 60 international buyers expected.
The audience is also high quality. Last year’s visitor survey showed that 72% had already been on at least one cycling holiday and 81% choose and plan their next cycle tourism destination during the days of the show itself. Exhibitors therefore reach passionate people who are ready to decide.

Friday is for business
Friday 19 March is the trade day, with the Cycle Tourism Forum and the Workshop dedicated to B2B meetings.
The Forum combines specialised training with the presentation of new research, including the second edition of the Cycle Tourism Index by Bikenomist and komoot. The Index measures how attractive regions in 14 European countries are to foreign cycle tourists, based on bike routes completed by komoot users, who number over 50 million worldwide. In the first edition Istria ranked first in Europe, while in Italy the ranking was led by Trentino-Alto Adige, Sardinia and Liguria.
The Workshop is the only event in Italy where sellers and international buyers, namely European tour operators, agencies and DMCs, meet in one-to-one appointments scheduled in advance through a matching app. You arrive in Padua with your agenda already set, and in 2026 there were over a thousand meetings. Destinations, accommodation providers, incoming tour operators and service providers can already book their ticket. Places are limited.
Meetings are arranged on the show’s digital B2B platform, which is active all year round. Each company creates its profile, searches for partners among verified members and starts negotiations via chat, both before and after the event. Exhibitors can sign up right away.

How to exhibit
Applications are open, with packages to suit different needs and budgets. The DESK is designed for small operators and for those entering the cycle tourism market for the first time. The pre-fitted 4×4 stand offers 16 turnkey square metres to welcome visitors and hold meetings, and for those who need more room there are larger stands and tailor-made solutions. Bike and accessories brands can also choose raw space, either inside the halls or outdoors. This year the outdoor spaces move under the porticoes of the halls, offering better shelter from wind, rain and sun.
Early bird rates, unchanged from last year, are locked in until 30 November 2026. Full prices apply from 1 December, and registrations close on 31 January 2027.
To discover all packages and request your space, fill in the form on the Exhibit page: our sales team will get in touch to build the solution that best suits you.
