Presentations, testimonials, travel stories, and workshops enrich the program of the first Fiera del Cicloturismo, which will take place in Milan on March 12-13.
The countdown has begun for the first Fiera del Cicloturismo, which will open its doors on March 12 at the Fabbrica del Vapore in Milan.
In addition to over 50 exhibitors showcasing their cycling travel and vacation offerings, the Fiera del Cicloturismo will also host the Bikeitalia Talks:](https://www.fieradelcicloturismo.it/talks/) a series of presentations, testimonials, and workshops for those seeking inspiration for their cycling adventures or looking to resolve any doubts.\
On the stage of the Bikeitalia Talks, there will be notable athletes from the present and the past, cycling adventurers, writers, and experts who will guide the audience through a marathon of meetings led by the editorial director of Bikeitalia, Paolo Pinzuti.
Among the sports champions, we must mention Gianni Bugno, two-time world road cycling champion and winner of a Giro d’Italia, and Marco Aurelio Fontana, former MTB world champion, who will share their experiences of training in the regions of Gran Canaria and Biella, respectively.
Paola Gianotti, holder of 4 Guinness World Records, will arrive in Milan after completing her 2022×2022 project, a cycling journey for the environment from Stockholm to Milan to plant 2022 trees along the way.\
In the “adventure” category, the stage at the Fabbrica del Vapore will also feature Dino Lanzaretti, a Vicenza-based cycling explorer who will talk about his recent experience cycling through Siberia in winter, and Leo and Veronica of Life in Travel, who will inspire us with their cycling journey across Anatolia.
But to show that cycling travel isn’t just for superheroes, Sergio Borroni will speak about living with Parkinson’s disease, and Silvia Malaguti from FIAB will share her experience of cycling with children.
And then there will be workshops on topics such as bicycle mechanics on the road, nutrition, training, and safety.
The Fiera del Cicloturismo is a free event, with prior online registration, organized by Bikenomist srl in collaboration with RM Ideas Factory and Estro Comunicazione srls, with the patronage of the City of Milan.
