VENUE

Up to 4 passes will be available for each exhibitor.
This year we are adopting a “zero waste” policy: if you already have a lanyard and badge holder, we kindly invite you to bring them with you to the Show.
The exhibitor pass does not need to be printed. You can keep it on your mobile phone and show it directly at the entrance.

Cycle Tourism Workshop with the participation of 40 international buyers and 80 sellers. The pre-scheduled meetings will be held in a dedicated space, accessible exclusively to buyers and sellers, offering a unique business and networking opportunity for cycle tourism operators.
The B2B cycle tourism workshop is organized with the support of the Veneto Region and the Padua Chamber of Commerce.

Talks
The Talks program, curated by Bikeitalia (media partner of the Cycle Tourism Fair), has a packed schedule of inspiring stories and presentations, designed to offer new ideas and inspiration to those planning their next cycling holiday. An unmissable opportunity to discover stories, itineraries, and practical advice on cycle tourism.
Rides
During the weekend of the Cycle Tourism Show, on Saturday and Sunday, there will be several themed bike rides starting from the fair, offering unique experiences for all participants.

Loading and unloading & parking
From the 26th to the 29th of March, exclusively during the Show’s set up and opening time, parking (for cars and vans) is available for exhibitors (area N of Fiera di Padova/Padova Hall), subject to availability.
To request a parking space, please submit this form (specifying license plate number) and you will be provided with a pass to display on the vehicle and show at the entrance. Each exhibitor is entitled to a number of car passes proportional to the square meters of the stand purchased.
Note: You will receive the pass within 5 days of your request, no later than Wednesday evening, March 25th.
Setup & dismantling
INDOOR: All technical and exhibition equipment must be accompanied by class 1 fire safety certification and comply with the technical data sheet and CE marking for electrical equipment.
OUTDOOR: Exhibitors will be assigned specific areas and provided with electrical connections of up to 1.5 kW with standard sockets (any special requests must be submitted to the organizers by March 6 at the latest and will be evaluated and quantified).
All stands must be made safe and the following certifications must be submitted for each one by the start date of the event: correct assembly and calculation report relating to stability and wind resistance.
The organizer is in no way responsible for damage to property or persons resulting from failure to comply with these instructions. The organizer may at any time request the removal of structures (gazebos, tents, inflatables, etc.) if they do not comply with the agreed maximum dimensions and safety requirements.
Please send us the design or an image of the structure to be set up at least one week before the event.
SETUP
INDOOR: starting Thursday, 26, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; exhibitor admission for Friday, 27, is from 8:00 a.m., and stands must be ready by 10:00 a.m.
The EVENTS AREA is reserved for event organizers. Access for setup will be available from Saturday, March 28 at 9:00 AM, and the space must be dismantled by 7:00 PM on Sunday, March 29. Exhibitors in the Events Area (indoor area) may bring postcards, informational materials, posters, and graphics to personalize the background of their space, as well as laptops. It is also recommended to bring scissors, transparent adhesive tape, fixing accessories, clips, and wire.
THE FRAME BUILDERS AREA: access for setup will be available starting from Saturday, March 28 at 9:00 a.m., and the space must be dismantled by 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 29. The area will be pre-set and will include a platform for positioning a bicycle. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to provide a stand for the displayed bicycle.
OUTDOOR: starting Thursday, 26th, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; exhibitors may enter on Friday, 27th, starting at 8:00 a.m., and stands must be ready by 10:00 a.m.; only on Thursday, 26th, outdoor exhibitors are allowed to arrive with their own vehicles near the assigned area.
DISMANTLING
Exhibitors must remove their materials from the stands between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on March 29, 2026. Any materials found in the exhibition spaces will be removed and not stored. Outdoor exhibitors are also allowed to dismantle their structures on Monday, March 30, between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
By the deadline set for dismantling, the Exhibitor is required to return the exhibition area to the condition it was in at the time of occupation, including all paper and/or promotional materials. It is understood that in the event of abandoned waste materials (wood, carpet, paper, etc.), Bikenomist will be responsible for cleaning the area and disposing of the waste, with the Exhibitor being charged for the costs incurred for these services based on the current rates charged by authorized landfills for each type of waste.
Warehouse
A parcel receiving service from couriers is available starting one week before the Fair.
Minimum service fee: €150 + VAT (up to 1 indivisible cubic meter). The final price is calculated based on the total shipment volume.

Sales / Supply in the stand
For sales or food/drink service activities at their own stand, the individual operator must submit a SCIA (Certified Notification of Business Start) for temporary sales and/or service through the Impresa in un giorno portal, while clearly indicating the event in which they are participating.
payment
The deadline for the payment of the participation fee is February 15, 2025. Those who have not yet made the payment are kindly requested to settle the fee as soon as possible, otherwise, they will be excluded from the event.
