Recently, we have expanded our range with a new line of Bikepacking Bags, designed with innovative quick-attach systems. This development marks an important step toward industrial production while staying true to the attention to detail that has always characterized our original racks.
One of BAC’s distinctive features is the decision to avoid welding, a choice driven by technical and structural considerations. Welds can create potential weak points, whereas by using interlocking systems, we can combine stainless steel and aluminum components to achieve lighter and more durable products.
This philosophy has also been applied to our new line of Bikepacking bags. In addition to stainless steel and aluminum, we have introduced Nylon PA 6, a lightweight polymer that absorbs shocks and withstands stress. Furthermore, to enhance waterproofing, we use heat-sealing instead of traditional stitching, improving both performance and durability over time.
