Graduated in Geological Sciences at the University of Turin. From 1998 to 2019 he held the position of Director General at the Local Tourism Agency of the Cuneo area. He has also been director of journalistic publications, president of consortia and organizations, a professional athlete and an instructor.
Elected regional councillor in 2019, since 2024 he has been Councillor for Commerce, Agriculture and Food, Parks, Hunting and Fishing, Swine Fever, Tourism, Sport and Post-Olympics of the Region of Piedmont.
