He holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Pisa and earned a Master’s in Innovation Management from the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa, where he worked for three years as a research expert in industrial policy.
As a senior official at Unioncamere, he contributed to numerous innovation and digitalisation projects within the Italian Chambers of Commerce network. Since 2009, he has held roles as Head of the Technical Secretariat and worked in close collaboration with the political authority at the Ministry of Economic Development and at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (Department for European Policies and Department for Innovation and Digitalisation).
Since 1 July 2022, he has been Head of the Research Area at Isnart, the consortium company of the Chamber of Commerce system dedicated to tourism policy.
