Ilaria Fiorillo, born in 1992, pugliese by birth, milanese by adoption. Popularizer, content creator, author. She promotes active and sustainable mobility and cycle tourism.
She promotes cycling through her Instagram profile @milano_in_bicicletta, where she recounts her urban bike rides and long journeys, with the aim of encouraging bicycle use, creating a community, telling stories and describing places, and generating change.
She writes the weekly newsletter Cose di bici, organizes cycling events, and in 2023 was elected “Mayor of Milan’s Bicycles” by bycs, the Amsterdam-based global NGO that promotes urban change through cycling.
She always cycles, travels by bike, talks and writes about bicycles. She is the author of the books “Di biciclette e altre felicità” (DeAgostini) and “Ciclovie d’Italia” for Terre di Mezzo.
