Located at the crossroads of three cycle routes — including the famous Loire à Vélo — Destination Angers aims to facilitate the reception of the many cycle travelers, offering a range of services and accommodations certified with the “Accueil Vélo” label.
To diversify its cycling offer, the tourism office has developed a network of gravel routes and in 2021 created the first gravel festival in France, called Nature is Bike, whose fifth edition will take place on May 30–31, 2026 in Angers.
