ABT FESTIVAL is a nationwide tour across Italy designed to promote the Apennines and shine a spotlight on the development of these areas by organizing a major national event in each of the 14 Apennine regions.
At every stop, the ABT Village will host a full day of activities for cycling enthusiasts, families, and the local community, including an eco-friendly group ride, a kids’ area for bike initiation, as well as talks and conferences featuring local and national institutions and regional associations.
Simultaneously, the Regional Forum on Sustainable Development in the Apennines will take place, providing an opportunity to assess regional progress within the National Sustainable Development Plan for the Apennines and integrate input from local communities. The key topics discussed throughout the 14 Regional Forums will be presented in November in Rome at the National Congress on Sustainable Development in the Apennines.
The ABT Festival aims to promote sustainable mobility as a means of discovering unique territories, fostering local excellence, and driving economic growth.
